How to start a remote help session

  1. Go to help.smr.us
  2. Click on the arrow next to start a new session
  1. Enter your name and click “Start Session”
  1. Open the download. Your computer will download the remote-control software called Connectwise Control.
  1. You will see a User Access Control (UAC) prompt, please click Yes
  2. You should finally see the message below. This means you successfully have set up the remote session.
