Microsoft Tips, Tricks, and Updates: Copilot Agents and Tools

At the end of last year, Microsoft announced new tools to make Copilot — its AI assistant — more useful for businesses.

Updates include “Copilot Actions” to automate repetitive tasks; agents in SharePoint and Teams to help employees find information and translate languages in meetings; and tools for IT teams to manage AI securely.

It also introduced “Copilot Studio,” where companies can build custom AI agents to improve workflows.
