Microsoft Tips, Tricks, and Updates: Microsoft Planner
About once a month I have breakfast with a colleague to talk about our respective businesses. Sometimes he advises me, other times I advise him.
Last week, he asked if I could recommend a simple project management tool for working with his clients. He had been considering Monday, ClickUp, and Microsoft Project, but in speaking with him it was clear these had more horsepower (and learning curve) than he wanted or needed.
I suggested Microsoft Planner. It’s simple to use and already included for free with Microsoft 365. As the Microsoft Planner web site explains, it offers a “single, unified experience that brings together to-do lists, tasks, plans, and projects into one familiar experience.”
