Microsoft Tips, Tricks, and Updates: Outlook for Windows App

Earlier this year, Microsoft made its unified Outlook for Windows app available to all users.

Eventually, this will be a valuable tool… but it’s not there yet.We recommend waiting before upgrading, as it lacks some key features.

For example, if you register for an event and click the link to “add this to your calendar,” it’s not yet functional. Additionally, the message preview function is very (very) slow.

We will cover this in more detail in a future newsletter, but suggest sitting tight until things improve.
